Your role will involve coordinating production schedules, managing staff, and maintaining quality control standards, vital for delivering top-notch products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage shift schedules, including workstations, employee training, and breaks.
- Maintain call in logs
- Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers efficiently.
- Facilitate shift meetings to ensure clear communication.
- Achieve shift production goals and maintain quality output.
- Schedule and assist with audits.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Complete all necessary shift paperwork accurately.
- Assist in production tasks when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
