Parallel Employment is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Production Workers! If you are seeking a hands-on job in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.
As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the production process, including operating machinery, assembling products, and conducting quality inspections to ensure that all products meet company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient operations.
- Assemble products according to specifications and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and efficiency targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to a supervisor immediately.
Wage: $15.50-$16 per hour
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and write in English
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
- Ability to operate machinery effectively and adhere to safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
