Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and oversee staff performance to meet productivity targets.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
- Monitor workflow and ensure proper adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate communication between staff and management.
- Resolve any personnel issues and promote a positive work environment.
- Maintain inventory control and oversee equipment usage.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional overtime as needed.
