Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Physician Recruiter to lead the full-cycle recruitment process for our expanding network of ENT and allergy specialists. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier physicians and providers to support our mission and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract board-certified and board-eligible physicians in ENT and allergy specialties. As well as Midlevel providers, Audiologists, and Physical Therapists.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with medical schools, residency and fellowship programs, and physician networks.
- Proactively source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating site visits, and negotiating employment contracts in collaboration with leadership.
- Partner with the executive team and practice leadership to understand growth plans and physician hiring needs.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Parallel ENT & Allergy, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay current on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in physician recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
- 3 years of physician recruitment experience, preferably in Otolaryngologists or Allergists.
- Strong knowledge of physician recruitment strategies, licensure requirements, and healthcare hiring trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple searches, and meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and grassroots sourcing tools.
