We seek a motivated Microfluidics Applications Engineer to join our seed-stage startup. In this role, you will work closely with the engineering and sales teams to support highly technical customers developing novel microfluidic devices. Responsibilities :
- Build a deep understanding of the advantages, requirements, and features of our proprietary manufacturing technology.
- Act as an expert resource for customers developing novel microfluidic devices.
- Work side by side with the sales team to engage new customers.
- Deliver compelling presentations that demonstrate differentiated value to qualified leads.
- Review designs for compatibility with our manufacturing process and provide feedback to potential customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in microfluidics and digital manufacturing.
- Collect and analyze customer needs to inform future product development.
- Help marketing create useful content for microfluidic technology developers.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events.
