Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Strategic Resource Team Lead, you will provide support for Strategic Resource Managers relating to but not limited to the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic resource initiatives for Parallon Operations. You will work closely with Strategic Resource leadership and SSC resources for educational opportunities related to global initiatives. You will also assist in monitoring workflows and automation initiatives for the strategic resource team and ensure the initiatives are maintaining or improving standards while reducing costs.
What you will do in this role:
- Daily inventory management and assignments as appropriate. On-going review of aging, high dollar or pending inventory to ensure compliant, accurate and timely completion.
- Identify problem accounts and escalate as appropriate.
- Collaborate with Global Partners for account questions.
- Support global partners operationally with account reviews during periods of backlog or downtime.
- Identify trending patterns for educational opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes, contract changes, payer practices, etc. impacting functional area.
- Assist with go-live and ongoing education to include educational development, taking and distributing meeting minutes to the Global Partner teams as appropriate, and providing education as needed.
- Assist with creation and maintenance of global education material.
- Periodically shadow Global Partners to determine opportunities for improvement in production and QA and any additional education needs as appropriate.
- Assist with side by side validations of Global Partner new users prior to production.
- Meet with the SRT Manager regularly to effectively communicate and resolve issues, set and prioritize goals, improve processes and review department reports.
- Support SRT Manager and Director in automation efforts, to include requirement gathering, QA of automation pilot, implementation and ongoing support as needed.
What qualifications you will need:
- High school diploma or GED required, Associate’s degree in business administration preferred
- 3-4 years relevant experience; Revenue Cycle/SSC experience preferred. HCA-based system experience preferred.
