The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and assuming responsibility for maintaining the physical assets of the property under the direction of the Property Manager and Regional Manager. This role requires a high level of organization, time management, and ability to work independently.

The successful candidate will be required to regularly walk, use hands/fingers to handle or feel, reach with hands and/or arms, kneel, bend, crouch, crawl, talk, listen, and smell. The employee is also expected to stand, climb, or balance regularly. Occasional lifting of 25 - 50 lbs may be required.

- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
- Complete maintenance work orders/service requests in a timely manner
- Perform make-ready process of vacant units
- Assist with special projects as directed by the Site Manager
- Schedule and monitor work performed by outside vendors/contractors
