Harbor Point Apartments in Two Harbors, MN. Is managed by Paramark Corp, a growing property management company based in Rochester, MN with properties in MN, WI, IA, IL, CO and ND. We are seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. This 16-24 hours per week position will start as soon as possible, and you must pass our background check. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and assume responsibility for maintaining the physical assets of the property under the direction of the Property Manager and Regional Manager. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to; walk, use hands/fingers to handle or feel, reach with hands and/or arms, kneel, bend, crouch, crawl, talk, listen, and smell. The employee is regularly required to stand, climb, or balance.
The employee can expect to regularly communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and customers through many forms of communication. Communication tools are used in face-to-face conversation, telephone conversation, texting, or email.
While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is often exposed to dust, chemicals, occasional lifting of 25 - 50 lbs.

Requirements
- You are expected to have experience with HVAC, and experience with plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical, etc.
- You are expected to be organized and able to maintain an inventory of all equipment and supplies and be responsible for them.
- You are expected to be able to work independently and be able to manage time wisely.
- You are responsible for the completion of all Maintenance work orders/service requests in a timely manner.
- You will complete the make-ready process of vacant units as needed, in a timely manner.
- You will assist with and coordinate special projects as directed by the Site Manager
- You will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring all work being performed by outside vendors/contractors.
- Assure safety standards are used that comply with all company, local, City, State, and Federal guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all work-related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner.
