Part-Time Property Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Paramark Corp. This part-time role involves managing day-to-day operations, maintaining physical assets of the property, and working under the direction of the Property Manager and Regional Manager. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks including:

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on residential equipment.
• Managing inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Coordinating with outside vendors/contractors.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety guidelines.

A strong candidate will have experience with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical work, and be able to work independently while managing time wisely.
