About The Role
We are looking for a Project Controls Specialist to join our well-established team of professionals in Oregon/Idaho. You will be in Bend, Oregon, but you could also be based in Eugene or Portland. You will join our Project Controls team and support our internal clients.

About The Role
We are looking for a Project Controls Specialist to join our well-established team of professionals in Oregon/Idaho. You will be in Bend, Oregon, but you could also be based in Eugene or Portland. You will join our Project Controls team and support our internal clients.
You Will:
- Act as support to Project Managers, supporting local municipal, state agency and private development projects.
- Assist projects in all stages of (initiation, planning, monitoring, reporting, monthly invoicing, close-out, and analysis) of project scope, schedule and budget.
- Communicate status, progress and milestones with internal and external project partners.
- Support production of deliverables, such as schedules, budgets, reports, resource schedules and data spreadsheets.
- 5 years of project coordination/controls experience preferably within the AEC industry.
- Proficiency with excel (can perform complex functions) and the Microsoft Suite. BST experience preferred.
