About The Role
We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Greater Washington Marketing team.
You will join a team of twelve marketing professionals. You will report to a Marketing Manager and focus on leading visual development for winning proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.

About The Role
We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Greater Washington Marketing team.
You will join a team of twelve marketing professionals. You will report to a Marketing Manager and focus on leading visual development for winning proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
You Will:
- Lead design efforts for proposals, qualifications, presentations and interview materials.
- Translate technical and strategic content into compelling visual narratives aligned with Parametrix branding.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to conceptualize and build pursuit strategies.
- Manage multiple concurrent deadlines and prioritize design tasks.
- 7 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in the AEC industry focused on proposals and business development.
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Word and PowerPoint.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic layout, creative design, and winning proposals.
