About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our Southwest team with experience in proposal coordination and database management. You will report to our Marketing Manager and be based in California or Nevada.
You Will :
- Coordinate responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and other client inquiries.
- Support the proposal process from kickoff to submittal, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are high quality and compliant.
- Collaborate with technical staff, project managers, and leadership to gather content, create compelling narratives, and develop winning strategies.
- Use InDesign and Word to format and design visually appealing proposals.
- Help develop presentations and materials for client interviews.
- Maintain marketing databases (resumes, project descriptions, company qualifications) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Update and tailor resumes, project descriptions, and marketing collateral to align with client and pursuit-specific requirements.
- Assist with the coordination of tradeshows, conference participation, client and industry organizational programs, and public involvement events.
You Have :
Compensation Information : Base salary for this position is in the range of 85,000-$100,000. Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. We value transparency and look forward to discussing our compensation structure.
