Paramont Manufacturing LLC is a leading manufacturer in the production of heavy-duty vehicle hoods and body components. The products manufactured are on countless vehicles we see in everyday life. The working environment is a manufacturing facility where individuals with sensitivities to loud noises, strong smells, cleaning materials, etc, may not be suitable for this type of work. Certain positions require licensing on equipment.
These are entry level positions and all associates will undergo a 3 week training program through our internal course. All required equipment will be provided by the company and each individual will be thoroughly trained in the usage and safety standards for each item. Don't be deterred, we will train you to work the Paramont way. We need individuals with a willingness to learn.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
This position is primarily responsible for moving materials interdepartmentally within the manufacturing facility.
Previous Experience in tow motor operation is required.
Observation skills to identify departmental needs to include supplies, materials, etc. is helpful.
Ability to read, understand, and follow general operating instructions and safety procedures.
Knowledge of basic tow motor inspection and maintenance.
Must be willing to work in a team-oriented environment.
Successful candidate must submit to post offer, pre employment drug and alcohol test.
Adheres to the policies and procedures of the organization to include work rules and attendance guidelines.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL EFFORT
Ability to climb, bend, stoop, walk, squat frequently.
Ability to use hands, finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
Must have good body mechanics and manual dexterity.
Employee must frequently move/lift up to 75 pounds,
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
