Position Overview:
As a Human Resources Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR department and the organization at large. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with various HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Address employee queries and concerns professionally and confidentially, seeking resolutions to maintain a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and separation agreements.
- Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Support HR initiatives to uphold workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Coordinate benefits enrollment and changes as necessary.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees on topics such as harassment prevention, safety procedures, and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an HR role or related administrative position.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

$20-$21 an hour
Schedule:
