Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in foothills and piedmont area of North Carolina, for a Ferrari Service Technician. The Ferrari Service Technician will be responsible for performing regular maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting mechanical issues, providing field service solutions, and ensuring vehicles are serviced to the highest standards. Customer service is an integral part of the role, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair
- Extensive experience working on Ferrari vehicles (classic and modern models preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work independently and manage complex repair/restoration projects
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience working with luxury or high-performance vehicles is advantageous
- ASE certification or equivalent technical qualifications are desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
