Can you bring the 'WOW' factor to our customers, providing the excellent service our customers expect and deserve? The qualified candidate will be comfortable interacting to customers on the phone as well as face-to-face. They will respond to customer questions regarding vehicle needs and expectations in regard to purchasing vehicle.
Responsibilities:
- Handle Sales Department Calls
- Manage All Incoming Internet Leads
- Required to make outbound/inbound calls in order to generate business
- Work with Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to create and sustain excellent relationships with customers
- Conduct business by emailing, calling, setting appointments and greeting customers
Requirements:
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Detailed
- Solid working knowledge of the Internet
- Customer service experience preferred
- Must be able to work mornings and some evenings (8:30-5:00) and (10-7) in rotation and every other Saturday! NO SUNDAYS!
You must pass a background check and drug test prior to being hired for this position.
