This role involves outside sales, focusing on providing exceptional service while promoting our services in home remodeling, bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, home additions and garage conversions sales. You will manage accounts, conduct product demos, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through outside sales efforts to promote our product offerings.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Manage existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding stock availability and product specifications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance product visibility.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or inside sales roles, preferably in the home improvement or interior design sectors.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in account management to foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of remodeling processes and lighting solutions is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $62,757.00 - $83,566.00 per year
