Duties
- Operate forklifts to move products within the warehouse.
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurate and properly documented.
- Utilize RF scanners for inventory management, tracking stock levels, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
- Fabricate and build pallets or crates as needed for shipping purposes.
- Assist in heavy lifting of products, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet distribution goals.
Skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English- Must be able to read and speak.
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment is essential for this role.
- Experience with managing inventory effectively.
- Strong ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes within a warehouse setting.
- Competence in using RF scanners for inventory tracking is highly desirable.
