What are the responsibilities and job description for the Irrigation Technician position at Paramount Designs Inc?
Paramount Designs Inc is a locally owned and operated Landscape, Garden Center, and Flower Shop. We are continuing to grow and looking for team members who are dedicated to outstanding communication, high quality work, and excellent customer service.
We are currently looking for motivated individuals for a full-time irrigation technician role . Our company culture is teamwork and we are looking for teammates.
Knowledge and Capabilities:
-Some knowledge of irrigation maintenance practices, i.e ., adjusting heads, setting clocks, troubleshooting systems, etc is preferred but not required. We will train the right individuals.
-Some knowledge of irrigation installation practices, i.e., building manifolds, designing systems, running drip irrigation, etc is preferred but not required. We will train the the right individuals.
-Some knowledge of landscape practices, i.e. plant identification, water requirements, maintenance practices, etc is preferred but not required. We will train the right individuals.
-Must be able to lift and carry at minimum 50lbs.
-Have strong observation skills for identifying issues with properties and landscaping and the ability to communicate issues to team leaders and management .
-Be able to work as a team, communicate effectively, and take direction.
-Have a strong work ethic, work efficiently and manage time well.
-Be motivated, show initiative, and be willing to learn new tasks.
Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional service and positive interactions with all clients
-Maintain, Clean, and organize vehicles, trailers and equipment.
-Have a valid MA drivers license
-Be able to get to work on time everyday Monday through Friday.
-Establish a positive rapport with coworkers and clients
