What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Maintenance Foreman position at Paramount Designs Inc?
Paramount Designs Inc is a locally owned and operated Landscape, Garden Center, and Flower Shop. We are continuing to grow and looking for team members who are dedicated to outstanding communication, high quality work, and excellent customer service.
We are currently looking for motivated individuals for full-time landscape maintenance foremen. Our company culture is teamwork and we are looking for teammates.
Knowledge and Capabilities:
-Some knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, i.e ., lawn care , maintaining planting beds, pruning, etc is preferred but not required.
-Some knowledge of horticulture , i.e., plant identification, pruning techniques , fertilization, etc is preferred but not required.
-Some knowledge of the operation of small equipment such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, weed wackers, etc is preferred but not required.
-Must be able to lift and carry at minimum 50lbs.
-Have strong observation skills for identifying issues with properties and landscaping and the ability to communicate issues to management .
-Be able to work as a team, communicate effectively, and take direction.
-Have a strong work ethic, work efficiently and manage time well.
-Be motivated, show initiative, and be willing to learn new tasks.
Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional service and positive interactions with all clients
-Maintain, Clean, and organize vehicles, trailers and equipment.
-Be able to get to work on time everyday Monday through Friday.
-Establish a positive rapport with coworkers and clients
