The Pitch Marketing is a client-facing, market-facing team focused and passionate about meeting advertiser business and marketing objectives through innovative content and marketing solutions. We take a strategic approach to achieving our clients’ goals through monetizing the Paramount portfolio brands (CBS, Paramount , Showtime, MTV, Nickelodeon, etc.) coupled with creative capabilities, programming, events, and ad products. On the Pitch team, we are responsible for the end-to-end pre-sale marketing process and strategy.
The Senior Manager works across advertiser categories and the Paramount portfolio of brands to craft revenue-generating marketing proposals. In this role, you will partner with Paramount Advertising Sales and internal functions to lead the development of immersive multi-platform marketing campaigns. Responsibilities :
- Lead and support the development of convergent, multi-platform marketing proposals in response to Request For Proposals (RFPs) generated from advertisers via respective media Holding Companies or brands direct.
- Lead complex pitches that span multiple advertising products and multiple Paramount brands – from sponsorships to custom content.
- Build the strategic approach, campaign architecture, and creative ideation for marketing proposals.
- Liaise across internal marketing functions to spearhead cross-functional teamwork to develop multi-touchpoint big ideas.
- Budget for marketing programs, ensuring the solution is bold with the marketplace, efficient for the client, and profitable for Paramount.
- Drive the strategy, budget allocation, and media mix for media plans for custom content campaigns.
- Serve as Pitch lead authority and liaison for specific Paramount brand priorities and initiatives.
- Manage and cultivate the development of a coordinator.

Hiring Salary Range : $115,000.00 - 127,500.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
