- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities as needed.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations or activities.
- Assist individuals with dementia care by providing patience, understanding, and specialized support.
- Help clients manage medications as directed by healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Experience
- Previous experience in patient care or home health is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with senior care practices and working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients are essential.
