Ideal candidate will have ability to complete drink orders, take over the phone orders with a full menu, follow specifications for company created drinks
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest service that ensures sales and high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Execute on the bar service standards: offer a warm welcome, recommend add-ons, personalize the guest’s order, and thank the guest.
- Greet and establish rapport with guest, proactively engaging them in conversations about our beverage menu and promotions
- Ensure all guests transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintains a warm, welcoming, "Corner Bar" atmosphere.
- Properly and promptly prepare, garnish, and serve drinks to Guests.
- Engages with Guests by making drinks in front of the Guest using working flair.
- Knows the menu and how to read each Guest to make appropriate beverage and food recommendations.
- Upsells Guests on food or drink items when appropriate.
- Keeps a clean, organized bar area.
- Accurately rings up all orders in the POS system while maintaining ability to socialize with Guests.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
