Do you have the following experience:
- 5 years of business litigation experience
- Experience with case management of large cases
- Experience with Trial Preparation and Attendance at Trial
- Responding to discovery request.
- Experience with e-discovery databases
- Billing Time
- Must be able to work Overtime
- Must be able to travel
- Bachelor's Degree is Required
