We are seeking highly motivated Lot Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible maintaining the cleanliness of the lot / yard and working with external clients. Pay is hourly.
Responsibilities :
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines
- Receive vehicles from Recovery Agents or third-party vendors.
- Clean out vehicles when they return to the lot. Bag and tag all personal property.
- Conduct inventory of vehicles, property, and equipment at the lot.
- Work with customers, both internal and external, to release vehicles. Confirm all the necessary paperwork.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the lot.
- Perform other duties as assigned
