P*aramount Manufactured Sales Inc. is a leading provider of high-quality manufactured homes in the Inland Empire area. We are committed to helping our customers find the perfect home to meet their needs and budget. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Associate* to join our dynamic sales team.
This is a Tuesday through Saturday position offering a base salary plus an attractive commission structure.
Location: 11759 Magnolia Avenue, Riverside, CA 92503
Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm and Saturday 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- Sales:
- Greet and qualify prospective customers visiting the sales center or responding to inquiries.
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and financial capabilities to recommend suitable manufactured home models and options.
- Conduct engaging and informative tours of model homes and the sales center.
- Present pricing, financing options, and promotional offers clearly and professionally.
- Guide customers through the sales process, including contract negotiation and completion.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire home buying journey.
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, construction, delivery) to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Assist customers with paperwork, documentation, and understanding the purchase agreement.
- Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and solicit referrals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales and customer service, preferably within the real estate, manufactured housing, or related industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of manufactured home construction, financing, and regulations is a plus.
