Job Summary:
We are seeking a Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Vehicle provided to and from work. Vacation: one-week paid vacation after first year continuous fulltime employment, two- weeks paid vacation after 2 years of continuous fulltime employment.

Responsibilities:
- Landscape Maintenance
- Snow removal
- Clubhouse maintenance
- Use of power tools
- Carpenter work
- Subdivision maintenance
- Equipment maintenance
- Drywall repair and painting
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Laborer or similar role
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Certification in construction-related fields
- Experience operating heavy machinery
- Basic understanding of construction safety regulations
