What are the responsibilities and job description for the Multi Skilled Journalist Job at Paramount Pictures in Fort Worth position at Paramount Pictures?

CBS O&O in Dallas (KTVT) is looking for a dynamic and enterprising Multi Skilled Journalist. The MSJ will produce content for all platforms in a manner that is accurate, engaging, and meaningful to news consumers.

Responsibilities :

Enterprising content and delivering a story from start to finish.
Shooting, writing, and editing news stories.
Integrating news graphics into packages.
Maintaining strong technical skills and troubleshooting issues that arise in the field.
Having a dynamic on-air presence and delivering final news product creatively and concisely.
Engaging digitally and utilizing multi-platform content distribution.

Physical Demands :

Must be able to carry and set up a camera on a tripod.

Knowledge of how to light interview subjects.

Ability to operate edit software with speed and accuracy.

Qualifications :

Valid driver's license and clean driving record to operate a company vehicle.

Experience working with Inews and Grass Valley is desired.

Knowledge of the DFW area is extremely helpful.

Journalism or allied degree preferred.
