Asphalt Laborer / Operator Requirements:
- 2 years of experience required
- Valid DL and reliable transportation required
- Experience with Asphalt, skid steer and some operator experience required
- Flagging certification preferred

Asphalt Laborer / Operator Responsibilities:
- Work with an Asphalt paving crew performing labor intensive tasks
- Travel is within an hour of Arden
- Crack sealing, sealcoating, asphalt cut outs, road paving, etc.
- Operate rollers when needed
- Plans and lays out tasks from drawings or blueprints
- Monitor equipment and inventory usage
