Asphalt/Paving Foreman Requirements:
- Previous Foreman/Lead experience required
- Hands on Experience with Paving Projects such as Commercial Parking lots, Municipal roads, Sates, Roads and Private Driveways (No Heavy Highways)
- Experience with Contract Paperwork, Collecting Tickets, Directing Guys on where to go and what to do, etc
- Experience Reading Blueprints/Plans preferred
- Project Management Experience preferred
- Customer service skill set required
- Ability to read blueprints, demonstrate strong leadership skills, etc.
Position Offers:

Asphalt/Paving Foreman Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for supervising and coordinating a team of workers, managing resources, and maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality protocols
- Travel is within an hour of Arden
- Crack sealing, sealcoating, asphalt cut outs, road paving, etc.
- Run, Mentor and Lead a crew
- Develop team members throughout each project
- Project Management
- Plans and lays out tasks from drawings or blueprints
- Monitor equipment and inventory usage
