- 3 years of auto glass experience required
- Management or Leadership experience required
- Clean MVR required

Responsibilities of Automotive Glass Supervisor:
- Oversees the activities of installation and administrative staff within the Auto Glass Department
- Responsible for coordinating schedules, assigning tasks, ensuring team training, and maintaining operational excellence
- Requisition materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment, or replacement parts
- Preparing quotes, scheduling, and completing orders as received
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Promote adherence to safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment
