Requirements for the Clinical Mental Health Counselor / Clinical Social Worker:
- Willingness to manage a caseload of 10-15 patients living on-site
- If you are an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC), Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CHMC), Clinical Social Worker (CSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), This Job is for you - no previous experience is required!
- Experience working with patients who have substance abuse disorders is a plus
- Non-profit experience is a plus
Benefits of the Clinical Mental Health Counselor / Clinical Social Worker:
- Fully Licensed $76,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
- Not fully Licensed - Starting $67,500.00
- $2,000 Sign-on bonus after 90 days
- 4 day flex schedule (Mon-Thurs or Tues-Friday)

Responsibilities of the Clinical Mental Health Counselor / Clinical Social Worker:
- The Therapist is responsible for providing the highest possible care to every client served.
- This role can be complex as therapists must navigate between varying interests. For example, while client advocacy and rapport must be priorities, consideration must be given to the interests of funders, legal entities, and other stakeholders
- This role requires strong collaborative skills, as therapists work with various teams, including treatment teams and legal entities.
- The Therapist assists the Program Manager and Director of SUD Treatment Services in other administrative tasks and works in concert with the priorities of the Senior Management Team, the Executive Director, and the Board of Directors
- Strong interpersonal boundaries and a clear understanding of ethical responsibilities are a necessity for the overall goals of this position
