Commercial Cooking Equipment Technician Requirements:
- 2 years Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration maintenance & repairs experience
- Diagnostic/Troubleshooting Experience required
- MUST have a heavy focus on experience with hot side commercial cooking equipment
- Refrigeration License preferred
- Walk-in Coolers, Walk-In Freezers, Ice Machines and/or Cooler Experience
- Experience servicing reciprocating and screw chillers required
- Install experience preferred

Commercial Cooking Equipment Technician Responsibilities:
- Responsible for diagnosing and repairing commercial refrigeration equipment
- Check layout of existing heat devices and air conditioning units to plan work procedures
- Dispatched from home to job sites
- Obtain materials and supplies according to establish policies and procedures.
- Complete diagnostic troubleshooting the HVAC System from wiring diagrams and schematics.
