Facility Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- Previous experience as maintenance technician
- Diagnostic/troubleshooting experience required
- Reliable transportation, valid drivers license and clean MVR, -- housing is available for this position
- Knowledge of basic tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Position Offers:
- $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Facility Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing repairs, and maintenance within the hotel
- performing carpentry maintenance and service as well as some mechanical service on HVAC, Electrical, and/or Plumbing systems
- Tasks can include snow removal, landscaping, drywall repair, HVAC maintenance, light electrical work, light plumbing
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Troubleshooting, electrical maintenance, and mechanical maintenance
- Maintain and repair assigned buildings and grounds
