Qualifications of Fleet Manager:
- 5 Years of fleet maintenance/fleet manager experience required
- Valid Driver's License required
- Supervision/Leadership Experience required
- Heavy Duty Diesel [Heavy Duty Trucks, Trailers, Dump Trucks, Pneumatic Tankers, and/or Frameless Dump trucks] experience required
- Associate's Degree or Technical School Degree preferred
Position Offers:

Responsibilities of Fleet Manager:
- Looking for a Diesel truck mechanic with leadership/supervisor experience
- Oversees and maintains an effective fleet maintenance program that prolongs the life of both vehicles and equipment
- Working with mechanics on the floor, training them, and checking their work
- Ensures safe operation of all equipment
- Completes repairs and preventive maintenance in a timely manner
- Managing Inventory and overall operations of repairs and maintenance
