Responsibilities of Fleet Manager:
- Oversees and maintains an effective fleet maintenance program that prolongs the life of both vehicles and equipment
- Ensures safe operation of all equipment
- Completes repairs and preventive maintenance in a timely manner
- Managing Inventory and overall operations of repairs and maintenance
Qualifications of Fleet Manager:
- Previous fleet manager experience
- Valid Driver's License required
- Supervision/Leadership Experience
- Computer/Technological Literacy
- Heavy Duty Diesel [Heavy Duty Trucks, Trailers, Dump Trucks, Pneumatic Tankers, and/or Frameless Dump trucks] Experience
- Previous Maintenance/Repair Experience
- Experience planning, prioritizing, and assigning work
- Operations Management [Developing maintenance schedule, recommend and implement improvements to process, etc]
- Inventory Management Experience
- Ability to multitask
