Heavy Equipment Technician Requirements:

• 3-4 years of Diesel/Heavy Equipment mechanic experience required
• Diesel engine, transmission, hydraulic and electrical system experience preferred
• Experience with assembling, disassembling, and reconditioning machinery components preferred
• Experience with John Deere equipment preferred
• Field service experience preferred

Heavy Equipment Technician Responsibilities:

• Performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on heavy construction and diesel powered equipment both in-shop and in the field
• Will be required to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, disassemble and recondition components
• Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components
• Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer
• Our diesel technicians will be responsible for all maintenance of our fleet
• As a diesel mechanic you will work in a clean safe environment
