Lead Restoration Technician Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in the restoration industry required
- Water Mitigation experience preferred
- Water Mitigation Certification is a plus
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Lead Restoration Technician Benefits:

Lead Restoration Technician Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Customers/Property owners
- Will be in charge of the team of 2
- Set up work plan for the crew to follow and complete
- Set up and clean up of job site.
- Perform Demolition and other labor focused tasks
- Utilize estimating software to accurately quote customers for the work that will need to be done
- Assisting other trades with carpentry support as job requires.
