Lead Restoration Technician Requirements:
- 2-3 years of Restoration [Water/Fire Losses, and Content Mitigation] Experience required
- IICRC Certifications: (WRT/ASD, AMRT) highly preferred
- Experience Water Losses, Fire Losses, and Content Mitigation (Packhouse, Content Cleaning and Pass Backs, etc) required
- Experience with equipment setup, containment, demolition, dry-out, and/or clean-up procedures, etc
- Experience with digital documentation platforms (MICA, RMS) preferred

Lead Restoration Technician Responsibilities:
- Leading restoration crews on residential and commercial projects involving water, fire, mold, and trauma damage
- Responsible for overseeing daily jobsite operations, including scoping damage, setting up equipment, managing technicians and subcontractors, and completing all digital documentation
- Set up work plan for the crew to follow and complete
- Set up and clean up of job site.
- Perform Demolition and other labor focused tasks
- Utilize estimating software to accurately quote customers for the work that will need to be done
- Assisting other trades with carpentry support as job requires.
