We Are Looking For Multiple Millwrights To Join Our Team In Morton, WA. ASAP!
Millwright Responsibilities:
- Moves and maintains plant equipment and production machinery
- Keep the mill running, fix breakdowns, and preventative maintenance to maintain mill equipment
- May work on larger projects like repairing and maintaining cylinders, belts, conveyors, chains, motors, valves, and fabricating new equipment
- Utilizes tools such as winches, jacks, hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks
- Align and calibrates machinery and equipment parts as required
- Responsible for observing all applicable safety requirements and reporting immediately any unsafe practices/conditions.
- Carries out other duties as assigned.
Millwright Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of manufacturing, tool design, fabrication methods and processes.
- 3 - 4 Years of Millwright Experience required
- Commercial/Industrial Mechanical Experience required
- Diagnostic/troubleshooting and Mechanical Maintenance Experience required
- Welding/Fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to read, understand and interpret blueprints.
- Previous experience as a millwright or with plant equipment
- Working knowledge of related company instructions, company processes, rework process instructions
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds (unassisted)
- Regularly required to stand for prolonged periods.
