Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up new user equipment and associated peripherals
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- O365 Administration
- Isolate reoccurring technical issues to proactively address End User problems. Escalate issues when required to level III Network Team,
- Maintain and update IT Equipment in asset tracking
- Create and maintain in-house technical documentation including SOPs, Checklists and equipment summaries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to lift/carry up to 75lbs, bend, reach, crawl under furniture
- Computer Imaging using Dell Image Assist is a huge plus
Qualifications

- Professional IT Certifications, such as: Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, CompTIA Network , or CompTIA A
- Minimum 2-5 years of Helpdesk and/or Desktop Support experience
- Knowledge of: LAN/WAN, Routers, VLAN, Firewall, IP Phones, and TCP/IP
- Expert in Windows Desktop environment, Active Directory management and IP telephony
- Strong familiarity with servers and network systems
