**Responsibilities:**
* Generate leads through various methods, including networking, cold calling, online marketing, and referrals.
* Conduct in-home consultations with potential clients to assess their roofing needs and present customized solutions.
* Prepare detailed proposals and estimates, clearly outlining project scope, costs, and timelines.
* Effectively communicate product knowledge and company value proposition to customers.
* Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
* Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution.
* Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings.
* Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
**Qualifications:**
* Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Proficiency in using CRM software (training provided if needed).
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Ability to work in various weather conditions (when conducting site visits).
* High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
