We are seeking a Commercial Security Systems Installer / Service Technician to add to our growing team. The ideal Candidate will have 2 - 10 years’ experience in the electronic security industry. Mid to senior level experience is ideal for this position.

As a Install/Service Technician, you have the opportunity to learn under a Lead Technician as needed. Our goal is to have Technicians work on their own. Depending on project size and scope, we sometimes work in pairs or teams. Our training program qualifies you to face a wide array of responsibilities in the field. Your success equals company success. Our Install/Service Technicians install and service access control systems, intrusion systems, IP video, fire alarms, intercoms, enterprise systems and integrate into existing customer systems and security platforms.
Work schedule is typically Monday through Friday 8a – 5p. Some overtime is required when exceeding customer expectations. While not common, there is occasional travel out-of-town and overnight. Exceeding customer expectations equals additional earning opportunities for our Service Technicians.
Responsibilities
· Working on customer locations both individually and in teams.
· Assess and troubleshoot system problems with non-working systems and make repairs.
· Perform customer site visits to determine system design and optimal system configuration.
· Commissioning new systems and train customers in their use.
· Proficiently perform demonstrations of various systems.
· Ensuring the highest level of safety and responsibility to avoid injury, property damage or loss of unused materials.
· Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Qualifications
· Previous Electronic Security, IT Networking, Structured Cabling, or Mechanical experience required.

Employment Requirements
· Must have valid driver's license.
· Must have a high school diploma.
Compensation
Technician – Level 1: $18hr-$22hr
Technician – Level 2: $22hr-$26hr
Technician – Level 3: $26-$32hr
Technician – Level 4: $32- $ Negotiated
