What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account/Area Manager position at Paramount Security?
We are seeking an Account Manager to become an integral part of our security guard company. The selected individual will assist with scheduling, payroll, and day-to-day operations. The AM will oversee guards as they patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Recruit competent and hardworking security guards
- Manage the schedules of guards in our Miami branch
- Communicate with clients to address their needs and concerns
- Visit sites to ensure that guards look professional and are performing all assigned duties
- Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Supervise and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize profitability and minimize loss
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in management in security, law enforcement, or other related fields
- Strong command of the use of technology in general (including computer and cell phones)
- Ability to handle a demanding physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) and personable
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead teams effectively
- Experience in sales or business development is highly desirable
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to make strategic decisions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
