We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically skilled Accounting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, manage the accounts receivable and payables process, and oversee payroll. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insightful analysis and ensure adherence to financial reporting regulations and internal controls. This is a highly visible role, in which strong interpersonal skills are required. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Oversee the month-end closing process to ensure the accounting team's responsibilities are performed completely and accurately. Perform primary reviews of monthly analyses and journal entries performed by others. Analyze key financial statement accounts to confirm appropriate accounting, evaluate variances from forecasts or budgets, and identify trends or discrepancies in financial results. Assist in managing the annual audit process. Summarize and present operational and financial information in an easily digestible manner. Assists with other key closing and reporting activities, including technical accounting research and the review and preparation of required disclosures and filings, as needed and requested by management. Oversee accounts payable, billing & accounts receivable, and payroll processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance 5 years of progressive accounting or related experience Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and ability to apply them in practice Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced in Excel Working knowledge of internal control processes Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
