Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in healthcare, nursing, or a related field
- Senior leadership experience in long-term care, with strong operational, budgetary, and staff management skills.
- A clinical or nursing background is preferred, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to foster a compassionate and supportive culture for residents and staff, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office) and strong organizational abilities, with a requirement to serve as "Manager on Duty" every 6th weekend.
- The minimum age requirement is 21 years of age.
