Paramount Senior Living, a leading provider of senior living services in the U.S., is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Administrator/Executive Director to join our team in Newark, DE. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our senior living community, ensuring the highest standards of care and service for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the nursing home's operations, including staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with the medical staff, nursing team, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident
- Ensure the facility meets or exceeds all state and federal regulations and guidelines
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff to maintain a skilled and dedicated team
- Serve as the primary liaison between the facility, residents, families, and the communities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field
- Nursing Home Administrator License is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a long-term care facility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies
- Clinical or Nursing background is strongly preferred but not required
