Qualifications:
- Familiar with DHS regulations
- Dedicated to upholding Paramount gold standard of care with staff
- Caring and compassionate
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Demonstration of leadership ability
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
