Paramount is currently seeking dynamic Business Customer Care Representatives to provide top-notch service to business clients.
This role involves handling customer inquiries, managing tickets, and collaborating with various departments for effective issue resolution.
Pay Rate : $18 / hr.
Location : FULLY REMOTE in Indiana, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Virginia, or West Virginia
Schedule :
- Training : Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM
- Production : Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM (Saturday shift every 6-8 weeks)
Responsibilities :
- Interact with business customers, addressing inquiries with care.
- Manage inquiries related to bill copies, bad installs, cancellations, and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with internal departments for swift issue resolution.
- Train and mentor associates, contributing to team development.
- Handle 4050 calls daily, with peak seasons reaching 300 calls daily in the department.
Ideal Candidate :
- Enthusiastic learner with quick adaptability.
- Resourceful and independent problemsolving skills.
- 13 years of call center or customer service experience.
- Background in retail, banking, or the restaurant industry is a plus.
- Independent worker with experience handling difficult customers.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Note : The role requires resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to business customers.
