Paramount Tax & Accounting in Rancho Cucamonga is seeking a temporary Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and paper).
- Address customer inquiries and provide information about services.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
