Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Yacht Sales Assistant & Contract Administrator to provide essential administrative support for our yacht brokerage. This role involves handling sales documentation, coordinating transactions, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth back-end operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Support :
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, listing agreements, and offer packages.
- Manage inbound client inquiries, schedule meetings, and coordinate yacht viewings.
- Liaise with yacht buyers, sellers, and industry professionals (surveyors, attorneys, shipyards, etc.).
