Director of Healthcare Business Systems (remote)

Position Mission

The Director of Business Systems is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all business systems related services. This position will ensure that Parasol clients are supported appropriate to the client environment needs and that the client experience is maximized to obtain the best possible client satisfaction. This position is responsible and accountable for management of the staff that support client sites and the associated responsibilities including ticket and project management.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of work assignments including ticket intake, emergencies, and ticket reassignments.
• Oversight of the daily operations and experience of all Parasol client support environments.
• Work with the CCEO to manage policies, procedures, and standards for the Business Analysis Team.
• Ensure that all policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to by Business Analysis staff.
• Provide technical and operational guidance to Business Analysis staff when needed.
• Ensure regular team meetings are held.
• Complete monthly Business Analysis metrics documentation.
• Evaluate Business Analysis staff performance on a quarterly basis.
• Recommendations and strategic planning around the most optimal business systems design for Parasol client environments.
• Fostering a culture of growth, innovation and constant process improvement.
